- It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error
has been crept in the order dated 30.01.2026. Accordingly, paragraph 6(b) shall be replaced as follows:-
''(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation..''
- Registry is directed to carry-out the necessary corrections in the order
dated 30.01.2026 in Crl.OP(MD).No.1749 of 2026 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
- Further, Two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the
sureties before the concerned court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
