PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1^st and 2^nd respondent to provide effective, adequate and continuous police protection to petitioner life and limb and to petitioner leasehold properties in Ka.Sa.272, 273, 274, 275, 258/2, 259 to an extent of 24 acres of land along with Pulianthope house situated at Kalivalasu, Marudhurai Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tirupur District, to ensure fair and lawful handling of complaints protecting me from false implication, and take appropriate legal action against the 3^rd to 8^th respondents issuing criminal threats by considering petitioner representation dated 03.04.2026 within a stipulated period of time fixed by this Hon’ble Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent s

1 & 2 to provide effective, adequate and continuous police protection to petitioner life and limb and to petitioner leasehold properties in Ka.Sa.272, 273, 274, 275, 258/2, 259 to an extent of 24 acres of land along with Pulianthope

house situated at Kalivalasu, Marudhurai Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tirupur District, to ensure fair and lawful handling of complaints protecting me from false implication, and take appropriate legal action against the 3 rd to 8 th respondents issuing criminal threats by considering petitioner representation dated 03.04.2026 within a stipulated period of time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.04.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner, respondents 3 to 8 and the counter parties, if any, and to dispose of the same, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
