This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed for a direction, directing the 3 rd respondent to desist and cease interference in conducting prayers in Flat No.265/1, Abdul Kalam Nagar, Jameen Kottampatti, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District in a peaceful manner by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 30.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is being conducting prayers in Flat No.265/1, Abdul Kalam Nagar, Jameen Kottampatti, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District. While being so, the 3 rd respondent very often interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Church activities in the said place. On the complaint lodged by the neighbours, it was referred before the Tahsildar by the 3 rd respondent. The Tahsildar, Coimbatore conducted detailed enquiry in which the petitioner undertakes not to use any speakers and other illegal activities. On the basis of undertaking given by the petitioner as well as the neighbours, the enquiry was closed.

4. In view of the above, the 3 rd respondent shall act in accordance

with the undertaking given by the petitioner as well as third persons. At the same time, if any offence is committed by the petitioner in Flat No.265/1, Abdul Kalam Nagar, Jameen Kottampatti, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District, the 3 rd respondent is at liberty to take appropriate action as against the petitioner in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed
