ORDER

The petition has been filed directing the 1st respondent to dispose the statutory revision filed by the petitioner U/s. 153 of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act on 28.07.2025.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that he joined as Salesman in the 3^rd respondent society and subsequently, working as Secretary from 01.02.2013 in the 3^rd respondent society. While so, an enquiry was conducted under Section 81 of the Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, against the petitioner for misappropriation, as a result of which, he was terminated from service on 26.09.2024.

3.The petitioner, aggrieved by the same, approached this Court by filing writ petitions in W.P.No.10479 of 2025. This Court, by an order dated 27.03.2025 directed the petitioner to seek an alternative remedy. Hence, the petitioner challenged the termination order by filing a revision on 28.07.2025 before the first respondent under Section 153 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. Since, there is no response till date, the aggrieved petitioner is before this Court.

Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's statutory revision on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
