and 28.04.2025 and issue Patta to the petitioner’s house property comprised in Survey No.10B/1, Arani – Polur Road, Vadamathimangalam Village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, which was allotted by the Highways Department in 2005, as an alternative accommodation of built house under the Tamil Nadu Road Sector Project {TNRSP-01(N)} for the land acquisition from the petitioner, within the stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the

respondents 2 and 5 to consider the petitioner’s representations, dated 12.03.2025 and 28.04.2025 and issue patta to the petitioner’s house

property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that the aforesaid property was alloted in

his favour in lieu of the property acquired by the Highways Department in the year 2005. According to the petitioner, till date, patta has not been issued for his property, based on his representations, dated 12.03.2025 and 28.04.2025.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representations, dated 12.03.2025 and 28.04.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the house property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representations.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs respondents 2 and 5 t o pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representations, dated 12.03.2025 and 28.04.2025 seeking issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the house property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after

hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom they deem fit to enquire.
