ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of her appeal dated 09.05.2025, pending on the file of the 1 st respondent.
2. Aggrieved by the order of the 2 nd respondent, the petitioner has filed the appeal dated 09.05.2025. Since the said appeal is yet to be disposed of, the petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the same in this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 1 st respondent to dispose of the appeal, dated 09.05.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s appeal.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of,
directing the 1 st respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner’s appeal,
