Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner received Form-1 in relation to proceedings under Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (the Indian Stamp Act) after the writ petition was instituted.

Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the sole respondent. He submits that it is open to the petitioner to reply to the Form-1 notice and raise objections, if any. He seeks three months time to complete the process.
