Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,

praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent issued in G.O.Ms.No.212, P&AR (P) Department, dated 29.11.2001 and the consequential order of the fourth respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.5967/B2/04 dated 10.09.2004 quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to fix the staff strength of

the petitioner College in the Department of Tamil from the academic year 2003 and approve the appointments of the Respondents 5 and 6 herein from 03.09.2004 as Lecturers in the Department of Tamil with salary and other benefits.
