This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 4^th respondent to provide the insured amount of Rs.4,09,200/- with interest to the petitioner for charred of the sugarcane crops due to the drought in the year of 2018-2019.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled to an insurance amount of Rs.4,09,200 as the sugarcane crops were charred due to the drought in the year 2018-2019. Though the petitioner made a representation in this regard to the 4^th respondent, the 4^th respondent has failed to disburse the insurance amount. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the 4^th respondent by referring Paragraph No.9 of the counter affidavit would submit that the eligible insurance amount

has been disbursed to the petitioner and his father.

4.Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 4^th respondent, it is evident that the 4^th respondent has disbursed the eligible insurance amount to the petitioner and his father. Therefore, this Court does not find any substance to issue further direction of the 4^th respondent. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the amount disbursed to him, he has to challenge the same before the Civil court.

5.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to workout his remedy before the Civil Court. No costs.
