This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 18.03.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 18.03.2026 seeking cancellation of Patta No.833 issued in favour of fourth respondent in respect of the property situated in Survey No.385/9A, Papparapakkam Village, Thiruvallur Taluk and District. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 18.03.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.
