This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

“Calling for records of the 1st Respondent in Roc. No

CLRREV / 10079/ 2025/ A.2 dated 25.07.2025 and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner back into service.”

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2026, seeking reinstatement, would be considered by the first respondent in the light of G.O.(Ms.) No.34, dated 17.06.2026, as well as the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary v. Union of India, reported in (2015) 7 SCC 291, and appropriate orders would be passed thereon within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Though the writ petition has been filed for the reliefs stated supra, considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate and also taking note of the fact that the learned counsel for the petitioner has agreed to the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation dated
