This Writ Petition is filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for

the records and quash the order of reference made by the first respondent in 8/25/2021/300020994/B3/ADJ/A1, dated 22.03.2024 herein.

Learned counsel for the petitioner - BHEL, fairly stated that the writ petition is

not maintainable as on date, for the reason that the petition is pending before Central

In view of the above submission, the prayer made in this Writ Petition does not
