ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to third respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner’s representation dated 29.03.2026 seeking cancellation of fraudulently obtained Legal Heir Certificate relating to late Dharman and consequently issue a fresh online legal heir certificate by including all the lawful heirs of late Dharman, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

At the outset, it was submitted by learned State Counsel for respondents 1 to 3 that they would examine petitioner’s representation dated 29.03.2026, after issuing notice to petitioner, fourth and fifth respondents and other interested parties more importantly including any one mentioned as a legal heir in both the certificates and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner.

In view thereof, there shall be a direction to third respondent t o consider and examine petitioner’s representation dated 29.03.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, fourth and fifth respondents and any other interested party, including any one mentioned as a legal heir in both
