ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to consider petitioner’s representation dated 05.03.2026 and consequently direct respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against third respondent and to arrange Direct Paddy Procurement Center in Government land.

Petitioner alleges irregularities at Alichikudi Direct Paddy Procurement Centre, including operation from private premises. RTI reply dated 17.04.2026 confirmed that centre runs in private premises with no Government order, lease deed, or rental agreement, raising concerns of transparency and violation of procurement circulars that bar unauthorized collections. Petitioner filed representation dated 05.03.2026 to take action against third respondent, and to shift procurement centre to available Government land nearby to protect farmers and ensure fairness. The said representation is still pending.

At the outset, it was submitted by learned State Counsel for first respondent and learned Standing Counsel for second respondent that they would consider petitioner’s representation dated 05.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner.

4. In view thereof, there shall be a direction to respondents 1 and 2, to consider petitioner’s representation dated 05.03.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, third respondent and any other interested party, within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy . It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case.

5. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as
