relating to the office orders issued by the 2^nd respondent (1) dated 19.01.2026 in Ref.VIT/Registrar/WS2025-26/C526/1082 and (2) dated 11.03.2026 in Ref.VIT/Registrar/WS2025-26/C526/1117 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend academic classes particularly the summer classes in the B.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering) - final year, commencing from 11.05.2026 onwards and continue his course of study and undertake the examinations and complete the course.

2.Though the present Writ Petition was filed to direct the respondents to

permit the petitioner to attend the final year academic classes in B.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering), the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they are no longer interested in pursuing the Writ Petition and would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to give a representation seeking for issuance of a transfer certificate without adverse remarks.

3.In response to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted

that there is a final meeting scheduled to be held and if any such request is made by the petitioner, the same would be considered and transfer certificate would be issued.

4.In view of the above submissions made on either side, this Court grants

liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the concerned respondent seeking for issuance of a transfer certificate without adverse remarks and on receipt of the same, the concerned respondent shall consider and issue the transfer certificate.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There

¶36

shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
