This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2^nd and 3^rd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2026 and enable petitioner’s provident fund account UAN No.100364748111 and consequently grant pension and arrears of pension right from the date of his eligibility till date.

The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner had joined as a

temporary staff in the 4^th respondent office in the year 1986 and subsequently regularized as Junior Assistant in the year 1988; that the petitioner after rendering 35 years of service, had retired on 31.05.2021. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has applied for enhanced pension, but the same was not considered and the procedure prescribed for considering enhanced pension was not followed by the Department and the 4^th respondent in particular. Hence, this writ petition.

Since the petitioner is seeking only a direction from this Court to

consider his representation dated 04.03.2026 and no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against the respondents herein in this writ petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2026, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No
