When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, in view of the fact that New Industrial Relations Code (35 of 2020) came into effect on 21.11.2025, no orders are required to be passed in this matter. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and an endorsement to that effect was also made in the Court bundle today.

2. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
