This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the

petitioner’s representation dated 31.07.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has

made a representation dated 31.07.2025 before the respondents fix the government - determined guideline value by the respondents 3 & 4, bearing survey Nos.216/1, 271/1, 223/1 and 223/2 situated at Vagurappampatti Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

Mr.Dominic S.David, learned Government’s Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1, 3 & 4 and Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of fourth respondent and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 31.07.2025 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.
