This Writ Petition is filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to recover a sum of Rs.9,95,115/with 12% interest from the date of the accident i.e. 11.04.2022 to till the payment, as per order dated 07.05.2024 made in WC No.76 of 2022 by the second respondent, for which the petitioner has made representation to the first respondent on 30.09.2024.

The petitioner has filed a case in W.C.No.76 of 2022 for compensation in respect of the accident that had occurred on 11.04.2022 in the Company’s premises. The said W.C.No.76 of 2022 was disposed of on 07.05.2024 directing the third respondent herein to pay an amount of Rs.9,95,115/-.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 07.05.2024 passed in W.C.No.76 of 2022, was not questioned and it had attained finality. However, the said amount was ordered to be paid by the thirrd respondent to the petitioner, pursuant to the order passed, based on which, a representation was made by the petitioner to the first respondent on 30.09.2024, to direct the second respondent to recover the said amount as ordered by the Joint Commissioner of Labour, Trichy from the third respondent herein.

The said representation was made to the first respondent on 30.09.2024, which shall be disposed of by the first respondent within a
