Prayer: This petition is filed to amend the prayer in the Writ Petition as “it is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, or Order or Direction in the nature of the Writ under Article-226 of the Constitution of India and call for the records and award dated 25.04.2014 passed in ID/No-237/2011 by the learned Presiding Officer, 1^st Additional Labour Court, together with the consequential Impugned Order of the 2^nd respondent herein made in Letter of Communication No.Lr.No.001079/063/SE/CEDC/ North/ Admn /A4/ECOURT CASE 2017, dated 13.03.2017 and Quash the same as rife with infirmity and error in law and consequently direct the 1^st and 2^nd respondents to pay the petitioner-Employee’s full, tenure benefits/ dues and statutory entitlements in law such as Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Earned Leave Salary etc., up to the date of superannuation, deducting therefrom the amount paid as compensation, within a

time frame and pass such further or other orders as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice”
