This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 06.03.2026.

Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed an application dated 06.03.2026 before the respondents, requesting to conduct survey and lay boundary stones at the subject property. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the

petitioner’s application will be disposed of within a period of 12 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.
