ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
“To direct respondents 1 to 4 to approve forthwith the date of her appointment viz., 06.06.2012 in the 5th Respondent school and release salary and other benefits attached to the said post with effect from the said date.”
Teacher in the 5th respondent school in the year 2004, on a consolidated pay. Thereafter, she was appointed as a Trainee Graduate Teacher in a sanctioned post on 06.06.2012. The 5th respondent school sent a proposal for approval of her appointment for disbursement of grant-in-aid to the official respondents. However, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court for the aforesaid relief.
