This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1 st

respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and also to issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner, based on his on-line application,

dated 18.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the aforesaid petitioner’s on-line application has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader,

accepts notice on behalf of the 1 st respondent and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 2 nd respondent. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 3 to 6 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 3 to 6 in this writ petition is dispensed with.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 1 st respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which the petitioner claims that it is owned by him, after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 3 to 6, the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party as they deem fit and thereafter, issue a separate patta to the petitioner, if he is entitled to be issued, in his name for the subject property.

5. Accordingly, this Court directs the 1 st respondent to complete

the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 2 nd respondent, if required, based on the petitioner’s online application, dated 18.11.2025, after giving due consideration to the documents produced by

the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 3 to 6, the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the 1 st respondent deems it fit to enquire. Thereafter, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, the 1 st respondent shall issue a separate patta for the sub-divided property in favour of the petitioner. The 1 st
