This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 06.12.2025 passed by the second respondent rejecting the petitioner’s application seeking for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on the ground that the impugned order is a nonspeaking order.

Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

As seen from the impugned order, except for stating that the petitioner’s application has been rejected on account of objections from the legal heirs, the second respondent has not disclosed the details of the legal heirs who have objected to the petitioner’s application.

The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the property having purchased the same under a registered sale deed of the year 2011. The petitioner also contends that reasons given by the second respondent in the impugned order, namely, “objection for legal heirs” is arbitrary and illegal and without any basis. The impugned order dated 06.12.2025 is certainly a nonspeaking order. Being a non-speaking order with regard to the contentions of
