Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has

made a representation dated 12.03.2026 to issue patta on his favour for the land in Survey No.326/9, Hullathi Village, Udhagamandalam Taluk, Nilgiris District. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 12.03.2026 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks.
