Learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through video conferencing submits that pending writ petition, the respondents have returned the original certificates of the petitioner under acknowledgment. Learned counsel thus submits that the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands addressed.

Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the respondents have returned the original certificates to the petitioner on 29.01.2021 and learned counsel for the petitioner had acknowledged the receipt of the said certificates.

Learned counsel for the first respondent by submitting as above has placed before this Court an affidavit of the first respondent enclosing therewith the list of Documents handed over on behalf of the respondents and the original certificates of the petitioner has been duly received by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 21.09.2021, the same has been acknowledged by him.

The aforesaid affidavit of the first respondent is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel

for the petitioner and also the affidavit filed by the first respondent, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is addressed and no further orders are necessary.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
