the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 07.06.2023 in W.P.No. 5448 of 2022 has been complied with by the respondent.

3. Considering the said submission, and having regard to the fact that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, though with a delay, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to proceed with the contempt petition and no further adjudication is necessary.
