This writ petition has been filed against the impugned notice dated 31.10.2018 issued by the 2^nd respondent and to direct the 2^nd respondent to reconfirm the petitioner as the highest bidder in the auction conducted by the 2nd respondent vide auction notice in Na.Ka.No 2599/2018 / Ku1 dated 19.7.2018.

When this matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that in this case, initially, the petitioner was declared as highest bidder in the auction conducted by the 2^nd respondent vide Auction Notice dated 19.07.2018. Subsequently, the petitioner had withdrawn his bid and also obtained the amount paid by him. In this regard, he had also produced a soft copy of notary affidavit dated 02.05.2019 before this Court. Hence, he would contend that since the petitioner had already withdrew the bid and also obtained the bid amount paid by him, nothing survives in this petition and thus, he requests this Court to dismiss this petition.
