After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum against the order dated 08.04.2021 passed by the second respondent. He has also made an endorsement on the bundle for withdrawal.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition. Liberty is granted as sought for by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall satisfy the concerned Authority/Forum with regard to the delay in assailing the action of the second respondent while approaching the said Forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
