ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the order dated 15.12.2025 passed in W.P.Crl.(MD) No.2432 of 2025, insofar as it relates to the directions regarding payment of remuneration and costs.

This Court, on 15.12.2025 passed the following order:

The petitioner is directed to pay the remuneration for the videographer to the tune of Rs.2,500/-. The petitioner is further directed to pay Rs.20,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner as remuneration. The petitioner shall pay the cost of Rs.15,000/- to the Primary Health Centre, Chellampatti.

3. Post the case on 05.01.2026 for “reporting compliance”.

3 . Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner has paid a

sum of Rs.2,500/- to the police on 24.12.2025 for taking videograph of the event held on 06.12.2025. A memo filed on 04.01.2026 has been

recorded. The petitioner has also paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the balance amount of Rs.10,000/- has been paid by the petitioner to the Advocate Commissioner. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded.

Further based on the submissions of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to delete the costs to the Primary Health Centre, Chellampatti.
