PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 4^th and 5^th respondents to conduct a Court monitored probe to find the present status of 5,189 adopted children, information about missing 944 Children, Children died in the custody of the Government, adoption agencies and after adoption, children's returned to the biological parents and the details about the non functioning and closed adoption centers and take appropriate criminal action against the defaulters as requested in the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2025 and 13.10.2025 within stipulated time.
