The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the issues

raised in the present Writ Appeal lost its relevance and nothing survives. He

has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. The workman is permitted to withdraw the amount already deposited in entirety, along with interest, if any, accrued. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
