Considering the dispute between the parties, this Court appoints Mr.R.Sankara Narayanan, Senior Advocate, residing at No.34, Lakshmanan Street, Mahalingapuram, Chennai – 600 034, Mobile No.9003299952, for resolution of the disputes among parties. He is requested to enter upon the reference at the earliest and is entitled to fix his fees as per Schedule IV of the Act.
