This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment dated 06.06.2016 made in A.No.5879 of 2015 and the order may be transmitted to the Principal District Judge, Tanjavur District to raise the order of attachment of the properties and communicate the effect of such attachment to the Registering Officer, viz Ragavambalpuram Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Pattukottai District.
