This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for an early disposal of O.S. No.32 of 2022, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Thiruvottiyur.

2.The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit and the respondents are the defendants. The suit has been filed for declaration, partition and separate possession. According to the petitioner, till date, issues are yet to be framed even though pleadings were complete one year back.

No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued

to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit, after framing issues, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Since no adverse orders are passed against respondents 1 to 6 & 8 to 10

notice to respondents 1 to 6 & 8 to 10 is dispensed with.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Sub Court, Thiruvottiyur to frame issues in O.S. No.32 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit O.S. No.32 of 2022 within a period of one year thereafter. No costs.
