This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.

2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of O.S. No.199 of 2022, pending on the file of the District Munsif, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

3.The petitioner is the plaintiff and the respondents are the defendants. The suit has been filed for declaration and permanent injunction. According to the petitioner, even though a written statement was filed by the respondents/ defendants on 21.07.2023 itself, till date issues have not been framed by the Court.

No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the District Munsif, Hosur, Krishnagiri District to frame the issues and thereafter dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the District Munsif, Hosur, Krishnagiri District to frame issues within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, after conducting trial, dispose of the suit, within a period of one year thereafter. No costs.
