The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 14.10.2022 in I.A.No.3 of 2022 in O.S.No.9546 of 2019 on the file XXIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

Heard Mr.G.Mohammed Aseef, learned counsel for the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, a memo has been filed

by the learned counsel for the petitioner, indicating that the parties have amicably settled the matter out of Court and a Memorandum of Understanding has been filed to that effect.

The Court proceedings had also been placed on record, indicating that

the said suit has been disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo by the order of the Court on 19.02.2026.

In view of the Memorandum of Understanding that has been arrived at between the parties and the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.9546 of 2019 by the trial Court on 19.02.2026, the order of attachment passed by the Court do not any longer survive.
