Heard Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the memo filed and taken note of the earlier order of this Court dated 28.08.2025, whereby this Court also directed notice to the respondent, Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.Kaithamalai Kumaran and print the name of the respondent, who has been served notice privately.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this petition is ordered as prayed for and four (4) weeks time is granted from today.
