This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.

2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of OS No.98 of 2010 pending

on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Poonamallee.

3.The petitioner, who is the plaintiff in the suit OS No.98 of 2010 on the

file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Poonamallee, filed a suit for specific performance of an agreement of sale. The suit is in the part heard stage and is posted for the evidence of PW1. According to the petitioner, the defendants are dragging on the matter.

No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued

to the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of OS No.98 of 2010, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6.After giving due consideration to the year of the suit and the present status of the suit, this Court directs the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of OS No.98 of 2010, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
