Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and final order dated 08.12.2022 passed by the Learned Principal Judge, Principal Family Court, Coimbatore in IA No.1 of 2019 in HMOP No.857 of 2019 and enhance the interim maintenance amount from Rs.5000 and litigation expenses from Rs.5000 and thus render justice.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the wife, challenging the

impugned order dated 08.12.2022 passed in I.A. No.1 of 2019 in H.M.O.P. No.857 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, aggrieved by the quantum of interim maintenance fixed by the Court below.

According to the petitioner, the interim maintenance amount fixed

under the impugned order is too less. The Family Court, under the impugned

order, has fixed the interim maintenance payable to the petitioner by the respondent at Rs.5,000/- per month.

The petitioner is not having the benefit of interim stay of further proceedings in H.M.O.P. No.857 of 2019 in this Civil Revision Petition. It is also brought to the notice of this Court by both the counsels that H.M.O.P. No.857 of 2019 is posted for pronouncement of judgment by the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

This Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2025. At this stage, when H.M.O.P. No.857 of 2019 is posted for pronouncement of judgment, the question of interfering with the impugned order does not arise. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.
