When the Revision Petition had came up for hearing on 08.02.2023,

noting that no steps were taken for serving the respondents, an opportunity was

given to the petitioner to comply with the deficiencies on or before 22.02.2023 as a last chance and report such compliance. This Court had categorically indicated that non-compliance of such requirements before the said specified date, the Revision Petition would stand automatically dismissed. A note had been made by the Registry that even on 22.02.2023, no steps have been taken in compliance with the direction of this Court on 08.02.2023.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-

compliance of the order dated 08.02.2023. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
