This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption “For Being Mentioned” today at the instance of the learned counsel for revision petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for revision petitioner submitted that this court by an order dated 09.03.2026 allowed the Civil Revision Petition. However, he would submit that in the prayer as well as para 1 of the order, instead of mentioning the trial judge as Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu, it was wrongly mentioned as I Additional Sub-Court, Erode in the above petition. Hence, he prayed to modify the same and issue fresh order copy.

Considering his submissions, Registry is directed to substitute the trial judge viz., I Additional Sub-Court, Erode in the prayer as well as in para 1 of the order as “ Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu”
