This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the

learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram, Dharmapuri District to conduct the trial in D.V.C.No.10 of 2025 expeditiously and to complete the proceedings within a stipulated time frame.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 70 years and the proceedings in D.V.C.No.10 of 2025 are pending before the learned District Munsif cum Judiical Magistrate, Pennagaram. It is further submitted that the matter has been pending and therefore appropriate directions may be issued for expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the age of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the case.

Accordingly, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram, Dharmapuri District, is directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.10 of 2025 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
