When the matter is taken up for hearing today, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr.M.M.I.Khaleel, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the

respondent has produced the letter in which instruction is given by the Inspector of Police, T-7, Tank Factory Police Station, Vellanur, Avadi. In the said letter,

it has been stated that the accused namely Mahafuj Hosam Badsha MD was released as he completed his imprisonment and was released on 11.07.2023 and after completion of his imprisonment, he was sent back to Bangladesh on 29.08.2023 and is currently residing in his Country, Bangladesh. The Information Sheet for Travel Permit is also annexed with the information letter which is taken on record.

the file is consigned to record. No further order is required. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
