Prayer : To modify the condition in so far as, it relates to execution of two sureties each for the petitioners 2 to 5, made at para 12(i) of the order dated 09.06.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.9401 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.1153 of 2026 and accordingly seeking the indulgence of this Honble Court to consider the request made to permit the petitioners 2 to 5 to execute a common surety, instead of execution of two sureties each for the petitioners 2 to 5 and to pass such other orders as this Honble Court deem fit and proper in the given facts and circumstances of the case pending disposal of the criminal revision petition and thus render justice.
