When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.M.Jaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press this Criminal Revision Case. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to the effect that the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.

2.Mr. M. M. I. Khaleel, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent, has no objection to the same.
