This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl MP No.2468 of 2025 dated 16.07.2025 on the file of the Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act cases, Madurai.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, the

condition imposed by the Sessions Court to execute bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- along with two sureties out of which one surety with solvency certificate (both sureties are must be blood sureties and also both sureties are must be petitioner’s own locality) is onerous. Hence, that condition is modified and the petitioner has to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum
