The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.32 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, through e- filing in E-Filing No.LTN20250001180 C202600003 on 05.01.2026. However, it has not been taken on file.
