This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 21 of 2024, dated 17.12.2024, on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in C.C.No.1209 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
