This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.205 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Padmanabhapuram, in C.C.No.718 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
